We are looking for fun, energetic, music lovers who would be willing to donate a few hours of their time at the 2010 80/35 Music Festival. Organized and managed by the Des Moines Music Coalition, a non-profit organization, 80/35 requires hundreds of dedicated and responsible people to pull it all together. And lets just say the perks are definitely worth it.
We are excited to have Principal employees involved this year! We hope to staff the 80/35 Information Booth with 4-6 volunteers per shift for both days of the Festival. Principal volunteers will greet Festival attendees, handout schedules, direct people to Festival headquarters or Kids Area, etc.
As a volunteer, you will have access to all the same things as the audience — the music, the food, the fun, the party, etc. Volunteer shifts are 4 1/2 hrs. and you will receive a FREE 80/35 volunteer t-shirt and a wristband into the Festival for the day you volunteer.
