What can I bring into the show?
All entrants will need to go through physical search for unsafe items or items not allowed. You are allowed to bring the following items into the festival grounds: blankets, small, non-frame backpacks, one empty water bottle per person, one factory sealed water, small snack, empty camelbacks, personal pocket-size point and shoot only cameras, and disposable cameras. Lawn chairs and umbrellas will be allowed, but only in designated areas towards the back half of the main stage grounds.
You are not allowed to bring: coolers, outside beverages (except water), large frame backpacks, audio recording devices, or professional photography equipment or SLRs.
Where can I buy tickets? Will tickets be available day of show?
Advance tickets are available through Midwestix.com or by calling 515-244-2771. Tickets are currently available for $60 two-day, $35 one-day, and $150 VIP. Advance tickets are also available at Zzz Records. Day of show tickets will sell for $40 per day. You can use cash, credit card, or Dwolla to purchase day of tickets. What’s the deal with wristbands?
You will exchange your ticket for a wristband. You MUST keep your wristband on at all times for re-entry. Two-day ticket holders will get one wristband for the entire weekend. 80/35 is not responsible for lost wristbands and can NOT reissue new ones, even if you have a ticket stub.
What’s the policy for purchasing tickets for children?
Children are welcome to 80/35. Children under 11 will be admitted free when accompanied by a parent or guardian possessing a ticket. 2 children per adult. Children 11 and older will be charged regular admission price and will be required to have a valid ticket for entry.
Are VIP passes available?
Yes, for $150 at Midwestix.com. They will not be available day of.

Can I setup a booth or be a vendor?

Will there be camping at or near the festival grounds?
We would love to offer camping at or near the festival grounds, but due to our downtown location it isn’t possible. Find the nearest camping spots on the accommodations page.
Can I leave the venue and come back in?
Yes, but in order to do so, you’ll need your wristband. Do NOT take off your wristband. Two-day ticket holders will get one wristband for the entire weekend. 80/35 is not responsible for lost wristbands and can NOT reissue new ones, even if you have a ticket stub.
What is the taping policy?
Audio taping is NOT permitted. Video taping is NOT allowed.
Are cameras allowed on festival grounds?
Personal pocket-size point and shoot cameras, and disposable cameras only, no SLRs or professional photography equipment.
Can I use my credit card? Will there be ATM machines?
Admission tickets and drink tickets can be purchased with a credit card. ATM machines will be on the festival grounds.
Is Dwolla accepted?
Yes, you can purchase admission tickets and drink tickets with Dwolla.
Will there be a lost & found?
Yes, there will be a lost and found at the volunteer headquarters, which is located at the Temple Theatre on Locust St.
Will there be first aid on the grounds?
Yes, a first aid tent will be setup in the festival grounds and will be marked on the festival grounds map.
How can I create my own schedule?
By downloading the 80/35 Mobile app, users can “star” favorite artists and design an individualized schedule. Mobile app users are also privy to special news updates, among other exclusive features. Download for Android / Download for iOS
Where can I park?
There are numerous free parking ramps surrounding the festival grounds. Find parking here.
Can I ride my bike to the festival?
Yes and we encourage it! There will again be free, secured bike parking on 13th Street between Grand and Locust.
Will there be recycling at the festival?
Yes! We will have recycling bins available. They will be located next to the trash containers throughout the festival site. Please recycle!
Where is the nearest gas station?
The Quik Trip at 1421 Ingersoll Ave. is about 0.2 miles from the festival grounds.
Rules and Regulations
- No illegal drugs, weapons or fireworks are allowed on the grounds. Violators will be ejected from the park and subject to prosecution under local, state, and federal laws.
- No pets allowed on festival grounds.
- Unauthorized vending is not permitted.
- Underage drinking is prohibited.
- Only one factory sealed water bottle per person is permitted. Free water filling stations will be available throughout the grounds. Wellmark will also be passing out free reusable water bottles.
- Park only in designated parking areas. If your vehicle is found in an unauthorized area it will be towed to the on site tow lot and a fee will be assessed.
- Keep the festival grounds clean. Use trash and recycling bags provided by the festival.
- Smoking is NOT permitted in the paid, gated area. Smoking is allowed in the free area.
